Lawrence Cavaiola has been appointed president of Thales International North America as well as chairman and chief executive of US subsidiary Thales.
Cavaiola will use his previous experience as president of the Northrop Grumman Litton Ship Systems Full Service Centre, and vice-president for strategic and business development in the ship building sector to strengthen Thales' relations with the US government, Congress and major industrial partners.
