Astra Jet has formed an operators advisory committee to provide input on the design, operation and support of Israel Aircraft Industries' Galaxy business jet, now under development. The first quarterly meeting took place in October in Pearl River, New York. The committee will work with IAI, and its marketing arm Astra Jet, until 1997, when it will be replaced by a panel of Galaxy operators.
