Airline Services, which provides aircraft interiors and ramp presentation services in the UK, is further expanding its portfolio of services with the opening of a new interiors workshop at London Stansted for its airline customers.

The new facility performs repair and refurbishment of laminated items such as sidewall panels, cargo bay panels, bulkheads, dado rails, monuments, galleys, overhead bins.

In addition, the facility will shortly have the capability to handle sheet metal and composite work.

Speaking in advance of the MRO Europe Show in London this week, Airline Services director of engineering Simon Sixsmith says: "This new facility brings an added dimension to Airline Services already extensive capabilities whilst offering what our customers have come to expect from ASL - namely industry leading quality, fast turnaround times and a flexible approach to each customer's individual needs, all at a highly competitive price."

Airline Services has facilities at ten major UK airports.
