Boeing has added orders for 10 777s, including four from an undisclosed customer.

The balance, six orders for 777-300ERs from Cathay Pacific, were finalised on 22 September.

Boeing confirms that the number of 777 customers remains at 61, indicating the addition of four of the widebody aircraft are destined for an existing 777 customer.

A variant of 777 was not specified.

The order brings Boeing's 2010 gross order total to 358 aircraft, with cancellations of 70 aircraft, including 11 737s, 27 777s and 32 787s.

Boeing's net orders for the year stands at 288, more than double the 141 net total booked in 2009.
