The final Canadair Challenger CL604 being modified to multimission aircraft (MMA) standards for the Royal Danish Air Force is undergoing factory acceptance checks at Field Aviation's Modification Centre at Pearson International Airport, Toronto.

Denmark's CL604 MMAs will be used for maritime surveillance, SAR, fishery/EEZ protection, environmental protection and ice reconnaissance, and will remain available for VIP transport and medevac duties.

The aircraft feature a Telephonics maritime surveillance radar, with a 12ft (3.6m) radome mounted below the forward fuselage, and they have a retractable electro-optical turret under the rear fuselage.
