Russia tests
The Russian armed forces carried out air-drop exercises on 14-18 March, with over 1,000 paratroopers dropped from Antonov An-22s and Ilyushin Il-76s. S-300 surface-to-air missiles were also taken from Moscow to Astrakhan for test firing.
