Serco acquires
Aeronautical Visual Aids has been acquired by Serco Aviation Services, forming Serco-AVAL, based at Liverpool Airport in the UK. The company provides design, installation and maintenance services for airfield ground-lighting systems, and associated navigational aids and electrical systems.
