TEAC extends reach with buyout
Merlin Engineering Works is to become part of TEAC America, the billion-dollar audio, video and multimedia company. The acquisition, due to be completed by the end of October, will extend TEAC's capabilities in the medical imaging, data acquisition and military video markets.
