Louis "Skip" Scipioni, has been appointed chief executive of TMI Aircraft Finance, an Austin, Texas based company, which provides financial support for the aerospace industry. Scipioni was most recently director of Model 250 marketing and sales at Allison Engine's Rolls-Royce Aerospace division.
