Bond Helicopters Australia has taken delivery of two new Sikorsky S-92s as part of a four-aircraft deal.

The rotorcraft will be deployed in oil and gas operations in Western Australia and Darwin, says John Boag, Bond Helicopters Australia's managing director.

A further two of the type will be delivered ahead of schedule later this year, he says.

Bond's first S-92, which seats up to 19 passengers, was delivered at the Avalon air show near Melbourne.
