German carrier Avanti Air has taken delivery of an ATR 42-300. The aircraft joins three Raytheon Beech 1900C/Ds and is configured as a quick-change aircraft, allowing it to operate a range of services at short notice, including corporate shuttle, passenger and cargo operation.
