Bell Helicopter’s training academy, BTA, has received approval from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority to conduct technical training for two models at its facility in Singapore.

Its latest approval covers the Bell 412EP and 412EPI models, on the B1.3 and B2 categories of Part 147, says the airframer.

“Ensuring our customers have the right training available to them in-region is a critical part of the BTA’s long-term training strategy,” adds BTA’s director Charles Fisher. “Our methodology is unique in the region as we offer both classroom and practical training, which allows students to receive hands-on training under the guidance of a certified BTA technical instructor.”
