IATA APPROVAL

Bahrain-based Gulf Aviation Academy has become the first training organisation in the Middle East to be awarded regional training partner and authorised training centre accreditation from the International Air Transport Association. The validation paves the way for the GAA to deliver a wide range of IATA-approved training courses for all categories of aviation personnel.

UK charter company SaxonAir has added a second Citation Mustang to its aircraft operator's certificate.

The managed aircraft is part of SaxonAir's ongoing expansion, which includes construction of a business aviation centre at its Norwich International airport headquarters. The entry level jet will be based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
