Project Phoenix has acquired its first Bombardier CRJ-200 regional jet for the conversion to a luxury VIP aircraft. The company has also secured the signature for its first Asian customer, Ritz Pacific.

The CRJ-200 was previously operated by Independence Air and had logged a total of 20,000 hours. By June, the aircraft should have finished two months maintenance work in Toronto and be moved to Flying Colours in Peterborough, Ontario for the interior renovation.
