UPDATE ON MENU

Private Flight Global (stand 674) has released a Version 2 update of its online system for in-flight catering management, adding an ad hoc order capability. The Private Flight system enables food and beverage ordering from a network of approved and ad hoc catering providers at departure locations around the world. Orders are placed via a secure online platform with order fulfilment tracked as it progresses and built-in notifications to alert Private Flight to any schedule delays. Users can create and save favourite menus for repeat order placements.


MEDAIRE IN GENEVA

MedAire (stand 1425), the aviation medical and travel assistance company, has increased its European presence by opening an office in Geneva and adding new personnel. The Geneva office is situated inside MedAire parent company International SOS's building, at Geneva International airport.


AJ WALTER ACJ

AJ Walter Aviation has signed its first client for Airbus Corporate Jet power-by-the-hour maintenance support. The private customer plans to fly the aircraft within Europe and has agreed a two-year deal.


COSGROVE DISTRIBUTION

Security Technologies has selected Cosgrove to distribute Oviv's Sentinel 100 L security system on the US market. Oviv (stand 375) designs and manufactures intrusion-detection security systems for business jets parked on the ground. Cosgrove deals in consumable products and rotable exchange sales for corporate aircraft.


HBC TIES WITH EADS

Hawker Beechcraft's (stand 7080) global customer support unit has selected engine overhaul provider EADS Seca (stand 1433) as its preferred maintenance provider for Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. "EADS Seca's long-standing reputation as a leader in providing quality engine service and highly responsive support will provide our customers and service facilities in the region with an additional level of confidence," says Christi Tannahill, Hawker Beechcraft vice-president, global customer support. Located in Gonesse, France, near both Le Bourget and Charles de Gaulle airports, EADS Seca is licensed to perform all levels of scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance.
