Middle Eastern budget carrier Flydubai is to start three new East African services, bringing its overall network to 80 destinations.
Flights to Burundian capital Bujumbura, Entebbe in Uganda, and Rwandan capital Kigali will begin in September.
Flydubai already serves six African points: Alexandria in Egypt, Port Sudan and Khartoum in Sudan, Juba in South Sudan, Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, and Djibouti.
