Greek leisure travel specialist Ellinair is expanding its Ukrainian operation with new services to five cities.

The Thessaloniki-based carrier has already resumed flying thrice weekly to Kiev, and begun selling tickets for flights to Lviv, which will be served twice a week from 1 June.

Weekly frequencies to Thessaloniki from Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Odessa are to be started on 25 May.

In June, Ellinair is also looking to offer direct air links to Kiev from Athens and Corfu.

Flightglobal's Ascend Fleets database shows that Ellinair has two BAE Systems RJ85 regional airliners in service.
