Mahan Air says it will launch flights from Tehran to the Chinese city of Guangzhou, effective 19 May.
The Iranian carrier will operate the route twice weekly, deploying an Airbus A310 configured with 24 business class seats and 160 economy seats.
Mahan Air says Guangzhou will become its second Chinese destination, complementing an existing service to Shanghai.
