For the second time in four months, Chile's anti-monopolies commission is probing LanChile practices. In October, two legislators accused the carrier of creating a monopoly. Now, start-up cargo carrier Alpine Air says LanChile's rate cuts in response to Alpine's entry are below cost and predatory.
