Comlux The Aviation Group has signed contracts to manage three additional VIP aircraft: one Bombardier Global 5000, one Dassault Falcon 900LX and one Airbus ACJ, from three different undisclosed customers.

The aircraft will enter into service with Fly Comlux, the operational division of the Comlux Group, respectively in the first, second and fourth quarters of 2011. The arrival of the Global 5000 will increase Comlux's Bombardier Global fleet to eight aircraft.

With five Airbus ACJs already in its fleet and an A320 VIP delivery due early in 2011, Comlux will operate seven Airbus single-aisle aircraft by the end of 2011.

"In the medium term, we want to reach a fleet size that bring benefits to our clients and allows us to optimise our overhead costs," says Richard Gaona, president of the Comlux Group.

Meanwhile, Comlux has appointed Andrea Zanetto as chief executive of Fly Comlux, the division in charge of VIP aircraft operations. Zanetto was most recently chief operating officer of Meridiana Fly in Italy.
