New Jersey-based private aviation services company Meridian officially added a second Hawker 800XP to its Part 135 Certificate this week, bringing its fleet to 18 aircraft.
The firm has been expanding its fleet to accommodate higher demand for air charter services as the economy slowly recovers.
"The addition of the Hawker 800XP to the Meridian fleet is part of our steady growth strategy to accommodate an increase in midsize aircraft charter activity," said Dennis O'Connell, president of Meridian Air Charter.
