Rockwell Collins has signed an agreement with Beijing-based Beijing Capital Airlines, the largest business aviation operator in the country, for sales, support and repair of the company's business and regional aviation systems.

Beijing Capital airlines manages a fleet of more than 20 Gulfstream and Hawker Beechcraft business jets in the country. Greg Churchill, executive vice-president of international service and support for Rockwell Collins, said Beijing Capital "understands what business jets mean in China." Rockwell Collins will provide training to Beijing Capital employees over the next few months, with the company's Beijing office providing on-site support once service operations commence. Churchhill said the deal has been in the works for one year.
