Raytheon Aircraft Montek is to install a DIAS-3100 precision-landing system at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to evaluate the feasibility of providing local-area augmentation of global-positioning-system signals at adjacent airports, Fond du Lac, 21km (11nm) to the south, and Appleton, 27km to the north.
