Brazilian regional airline Pena Transportes Aereos (PENTA) has ordered two Embraer EMB-120s, for delivery in May and October, and two EMB-145 regional jets, for delivery in November 1997 and November 1998. Santarem-based air-taxi operator PENTA began airline service in the Amazon region in January. Embraer now has firm orders for 19 EMB-145s.
