Two new Tupolev Tu-214SR relay aircraft will be added to the special aviation squad Rossiya of the Russian presidential property department following their arrival late last month at Moscow's Vnukovo airport, where the Rossiya aviation squad is based.
The aircraft replace Ilyushin Il-18 airliners, which have been in use since 1967, and will be responsible for transporting the Russian president, administration officials and security personnel, it adds.
