Peter Edwards has been named president of Bombardier Aerospace Business Aircraft. He was previously executive vice-president sales. Edwards replaces Pierre Beaudoin who was recently appointed president and chief operating officer of Bombardier Aerospace South African Express Airways has appointed Boni Dibate as chief executive. She previously held a similar position at Esselen Park. Frans Modiroa has been appointed chief operations officer. Modiroa was executive manager technical and engineering at the regional airline. Bevan Coote, previously general manager of Eastern Australia Airlines, has been appointed general manager of Qantas subsidiary Impulse Airlines. Coote will be replaced by Ashley Kilroy, general manager of Qantas' regional subsidiary Sunstate Airlines. Elsa D'Alessio, Sunstate's commercial manager, has been named acting general manager. Vector Training Systems of North Dakota has named William McGrath as president. Prior to this he was vice-president of business development for Pan Am International Flight Academy. Klaus Knappik, chief executive of Swisscargo, has resigned. Heinz Kupferschmid, chief financial officer of the Swissair cargo arm,will take over as an interim measure.
