Adria Airways has begun twice daily services from Frankfurt to Vienna and dropped flights from Ljubljana to Split. The airline has also signed a codeshare deal with Austrian Airlines on services between Ljubljana and Vienna Atlas Air is seeking to boost business by offering partial and fractional aircraft/crew/maintenance/insurance contracts, and to establish a high-frequency air cargo network with hubs initially based in Europe and the USA. The new Atlas Air Partnership Programme will operate through newly selected hubs in Liège, Belgium, and Anchorage and Miami, USA. Emirates is to add five routes from its Dubai hub next year, including Casablanca, Morocco; Khartoum, Sudan; Mauritius; and Osaka, Japan. Osaka will be operated four times a week, with the other routes being flown three times weekly. UK cargo company Coyne Airways has launched twice-weekly Airbus A300 freighter services between Cairo and East Midlands, UK. SAS has delayed introducing daily Copenhagen-San Francisco services in May due to the decline in traffic. Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Coast Airlines will begin daily regional jet service between Boston and Montreal on 1 February using the Fairchild Dornier 328JET. Mexicana has begun twice-weekly Fokker 100 services between Mexico City and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, via Cancun. Delta Air Lines began code-share service with Aerolitoral on 30 November, on the Mexican regional's Chihuahua-El Paso, Monterrey-San Antonio and Hermosillo-Tucson transborder routes. American Airlines is ceasing its Seattle-Tokyo and Dallas/Fort Worth-Osaka services in January, owing to low demand. Varig will resume this month Rio de Janeiro-Miami services, suspended in November because of poor demand. American Airlines will begin daily Boeing 737-800 flights between San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Antigua on 2 December, discontinuing its daily Miami-Antigua service.
