Star Alliance partners South African Airways and TAP Portugal have expanded their codeshare agreement.
Passengers will now be able to connect to TAP-operated flights from Lisbon to Porto, Faro and Funchal, and to SAA-operated flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and East London.
The expanded codeshare agreement will also include Accra in Ghana, with TAP operating flights to the West African city from Lisbon and SAA offering an onward connection to Johannesburg.
