Nepalese investigators have recovered the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and flight data recorder (FDR) from the Agni Air Dornier 228 turboprop that crashed in central Nepal on 24 August.
The FDR was damaged in the crash but an Agni Air spokesman says the recorder's memory plate is intact. The CVR is in good condition, he adds.
The recorders have been flown back to Kathmandu and will be sent overseas for analysis, say reports.
Agni Air's spokesman was not able to elaborate on where the recorders will be sent to. Nepal's Civil Aviation Authority was uncontactable for comment.
The aircraft crashed in the hills of Makwanpur while flying to Kathmandu. All 14 people on board, including six foreigners, died in the incident.
