Aegean Airlines will launch nonstop flights to Manchester airport from Athens on 25 May.
The Star Alliance member will operate the route twice weekly using an Airbus A320.
The airline already operates thrice daily flights to London Heathrow airport from the Greek capital.
Innovata schedules show that Aegean will compete with EasyJet on the new route.
