Air France-KLM and Aerolineas Argentinas have entered into a codeshare agreement, connecting South America to European destinations from the first quarter of 2012.

Under the codeshare deal, Air France and KLM will place their codes on Aerolíneas Argentinas-operated routes from Buenos Aires to South American destinations. These destinations will include Cordoba, Mendoza and Rosario in Argentina, Montevideo in Uruguay and Asuncion in Paraguay.

In return, the carriers' future SkyTeam partner will place its code on Air France and KLM-operated flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol airports to the European cities in their network.
