Airbus is to increase its A330 production rate to 10 aircraft a month from the second quarter of 2013.
The airframer, which currently produces eight A330-family aircraft a month, will increase the monthly rate to nine aircraft early next year and 10 by the second quarter of the following year.
Airbus says the production rate increase is a result of strong customer demand for A330-family aircraft.
