Alaska Air Group has appointed Tammy Young as vice-president, human resource.
As vice-president of human resources, she will oversee employee benefits, compensation, training and development, recruitment, workers compensation and the employee travel services department at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.
Prior to the appointment, she served as managing director of human resource at Moss Adams LLP.
