British Airways expects to operate a "substantial" part of its long-haul and short-haul schedule from London Heathrow during the planned cabin crew strike this month.
The airline, which has been laying groundwork for possible industrial action, adds that it plans to operate all long-haul flights, and half of its short-haul flights, from London Gatwick.
All of its services from London City - including its transatlantic operation to New York - will also be operated.
"We are also in the process of obtaining seats on flights operated by other carriers to enable thousands of customers to fly to their chosen destinations," the carrier adds.
Cabin crew members, represented by the Unite union, are to hold two strikes this month covering a total of seven days.
