Grounded Balkan Bulgarian Airlines was hoping to restart international services to London and Dubai in early May, according to trustees appointed to run the carrier. Balkan, which is co-owned by majority shareholder Israel's Zeevi Holdings and the Bulgarian government, has been in receivership since late February.
