Thai carrier Bangkok Airways plans to increase the frequency of its Bangkok-Lampang service.

The carrier, which currently serves Lampang daily via Sukhothai, will make this a nonstop service with 12 flights a week, said an airline official.

It will use ATR 72-500 aircraft on the service, staring on 25 March.

Schedules in Innovata show that Bangkok Airways is the only operator on the route.
