Bombardier Aerospace's earnings fell to $448 million in its last fiscal year from $473 million the previous year.
For the 12-month period ended 31 January 2011, revenue at Bombardier Aerospace fell to $8.6 billion from $9.4 billion.
Net orders for the year stood at 201 compared to just 11 the previous year.
The company delivered 97 commercial aircraft, down from 121 in the previous fiscal year. Bombardier says it expects to deliver 90 commercial aircraft over the coming year.
Its backlog at 31 January was $16.6 billion, a slight decline from the $16.7 billion backlog recorded a year ago.
