British Airways will launch non-stop services between Seoul Incheon and London Heathrow on 2 December this year.

The carrier will operate the six times-weekly service using Boeing 777-200ER aircraft.

The announcement comes after British Airways' parent company IAG announced that it intends to expand in Asia.

British Airways will compete with Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines on the Seoul Incheon-London Heathrow route, according to Innovata schedules.
