FAI REP
German Air Ambulance and charter company FAI rent-a-jet has appointed Travel Point as its exclusive marketing and sales representative for Oman. The German company operates 13 air ambulance and five VIP-configured aircraft including Bombardier Learjet 35s, 60s and Challenger 604s.
JET FALCON
Jet Aviation's Basel Switzerland facility has launched a cabin interior refurbishment programme for Dassault Falcon 2000 business jets. The business aviation services provider - which has already completed more than 120 green Falcon types to date - has designed three Jet Falcon interiors and says the refurbishment process will be short and cost effective.
SOCATA SOARS
Daher Socata delivered 38 TBM 850s in 2010, boosting the inventory for the high single-engined turboprops to 222 since its introduction two years ago. The USA accounted for more than three quarters of last year's sales tally, followed by Europe with 13%, Latin America (5%) and Asia Pacific and Africa (3% each).
