Million-Rousseau: in Toulouse

Air Berlin has appointed former Austrian Airlines executive Wolfgang Grimus as head of network planning and development, and appointed former UK low-cost carrier Go's chief executive Barbara Cassani to the board as a non-executive director, both effective 1 May. Tobin Shackelford has joined Field Aviation from Raisbeck Engineering as director of special mission USA. Former Airbus Customer Finance executive Christophe Million-Rousseau has been hired by lessor Jackson Square Aviation to establish the firm's Toulouse office. Klaus-Peter Leinauer has joined Ruag Aerospace Services as vice-president sales and business development, military aviation, in Oberpfaffenhofen. FlightSafety International has promoted Todd Bitgood to assistant manager of its Learning Center in St Louis. John Purvis has been promoted to succeed Jay McConville as chief executive of AME Unmanned Air Systems, formerly AeroMech Engineering. McConville is now chairman. Former Brussels Airlines and Caribbean Airlines head Peter Davies has been named as the chief executive of Air Malta, succeeding Joe Cappello.
