Ryanair has completed its acquisition of Buzz from KLM for €20.1 million ($21.6 million) - nearly €4 million below the original price after due diligence showed up "a number of issues". The operation, which will employ 130 ex-Buzz staff, will now be known as Buzz Stansted and will be headed by John Osborne, Ryanair's former director of operations and a former chief executive of both GB Airways and Virgin Express.
