China Eastern Airlines plans to launch a thrice weekly Wuhan-Singapore service on 19 April.
The SkyTeam carrier did not state the type of aircraft it will operate on the route.
China Eastern Airlines will compete with SilkAir on the route when the Singapore Airlines regional subsidiary launches its service on 24 May.
