China Southern Airlines is seeking to launch a service on the Guangzhou-Kunming-Islamabad route from June.
The service will be operated thrice weekly, using either Airbus A330s, A321s, or Boeing 737s.
Those with comments to the application should submit them to the Chinese regulator by 14 May.
China Southern will be the only operator between Kunming and Islamabad.
