The aircraft interior market is booming and Dubai air show organiser F&E is launching its first aircraft interior show, Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME) to showcase the industry to the Middle East market.

AIME will take place on June 16 and 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DICEC). The show will include conference workshops focusing on cabin interiors, VIP interiors, in-flight entertainment and in-flight catering.

Key speakers at AIME include Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Emirates group, and sessions include understanding how aircraft such as the Boeing Dreamliner can be designed for VVIP use.

Alison Weller, F&E’s Director of Aerospace, says: “We are very excited about this show. If you look at the impact the Middle East buyers have made to the way people look at the design and implementation of cabin interiors then you can see the logic behind having a show of this calibre in the region.”
