Airbus's Chinese composite manufacturing joint venture has signed a contract with Spain's Alestis Aerospace to supply belly fairing parts for the A350 XWB. Harbin Hafei Airbus Composite Manufacturing Centre will be the sole supplier of certain A350 belly fairing parts to Alestis, which will design and configure the parts. Production in China is scheduled to begin in 2012.
