Esterline CMC Electronics is to provide Air France with multi-channel SwiftBroadband-compliant satellite communications high-gain antenna systems to equip the airline's future Boeing 777-300.
The CMA-2102SB antenna system has obtained Inmarsat multi-channel SwiftBroadband approval and Transport Canada Appliance Type Approval and is the only top-mount Arinc 741 antenna to have received such approval.
The antenna's design offers seamless coverage, independent of aircraft direction over more than 90% of the specified Inmarsat hemisphere.
