Kellstrom Industries signed an exclusive three-year material support agreement with Turkish MRO Teknik Servis Sanayi Ticaret (myTechnic) at the show yesterday.
“For Kellstrom, the agreement gives us the opportunity to form a partnership and strategic alliance with a new “world class” MRO facility located in one of the world’s fastest growing aviation markets,” says Kellstrom president and CEO Dennis Zalupski.
Kellstrom will cover all new and overhauled, consumable, expendable and rotable parts, used by myTechnic, during the repair and overhaul of CF6-50 and JT8D-200 series aircraft engines.
“The partnership with Kellstrom will enable us to focus on its core competencies through streamlined operations and delivering best value to the customer, while receiving on-time access to material support from a recognized global engine parts provider,” says Yavuz Cizmeci, chairman of myTechnic.
