Flybe will begin daily services from Southampton International airport to Nantes Atlantique airport on 28 October.
With the new addition, the UK regional carrier will operate six routes to France from Southampton in its winter 2012/13 network.
According to Innovata schedules, no other carrier presently operates flights on the Southampton-Nantes route.
