GECAS will provide flight control material to Tulsa-based MRO Nordam from aircraft teardowns under a new agreement.
GECAS’ Memphis-based asset management service unit will provide the parts for the partnership. The firm stocks an inventory of 80,000 re-certified parts for Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier aircraft.
“With GECAS’ vast inventory of spare parts and Nordam’s ability to quickly determine a part’s condition and repair, we can offer customers wider choice and faster turn times,” says Shay O’Donnell, vice-president of sales and marketing for GECAS Asset Management Services.
