MAGA Aviation will provide support for Bombardier Global Express and Global 5000 jets in South America, the Canadian manufacturer announced at LABACE.

The agreement expands Bombardier’s relationship with the young, Campinas-based maintenance provider in Brazil.

Bombardier previously selected MAGA Aviation as an authorized service facility in 2013 for all Learjet and some Challenger-series business jets, adding to a network that includes other authorised service centers in Congonhas and Belo Horizonte.

In addition to Campinas-based services, MAGA Aviation displayed a mobile service truck equipped to support Challenger-sized jets at any airport.

“MAGA is a dynamic young company that has earned the confidence of Bombardier customers in the region in a relatively short span of time,” says Stephane Leroy, Bombardier’s vice-president of sales in Latin America.

“This partnership will reinforce Bombardier’s strong OEM support in the region, providing additional maintenance capacity to ensure customers have continued access to the highest quality maintenance and support services right in their own backyard,” Leroy says.
